💃 UK ARGENTINE TANGO ASSOCIATION – introduction meeting for all social dancers 🕺
👋 WHAT IS THE UKATA?
The UKATA, launched in Dec. 2020, is the Association giving a voice to Argentine Tango in the UK. Its members include those working with Tango (teachers, DJs, organisers) as well as Social Dancers.
💬 ABOUT THE ZOOM INTRODUCTION MEETING
This meeting will specifically be organised for all UK Social Dancers (tier 2).
We will explain how we work behind the scenes, what are our initiatives to give tango a united voice, our plans to make it a major art form in the UK, how we support social dancers, how to participate, how we meet and vote, and generally, what becoming a member will mean and bring to everyone in love with Argentine Tango.
You will also have the opportunity to ask any question you might have about the UKATA and the Tango community.
Anyone in the UK and in love with tango is welcome to join, from those who are interested in tango or just started, to those who danced much longer 🙂.
