EACH LESSON CONSISTS OF TWO PARTS AND COVERS ALL LEVELS:

Each weekly Wednesday/Sunday lesson (90 min) is in two parts: the first half is a simple introduction of the concept for recent beginners & “improvers”, whilst the second half is more challenging, for intermediates and advanced dancers. You are welcome to do one part or both, and repeat as many times as you wish.

Tuesday workout is one part only (solo dancers, 45 min) and the Friday class is first for Leaders and then for Followers (solo dancers, tot 90 min).

DISCLAIMER: you can join or watch a lesson provided that you are fit and well enough to take part, and are doing so in a safe environment. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for any injury that may result from joining any live or pre-recorded class.

Yes absolutely. FULL VERSION FREE CLASSES:

» OCHO CORTADO VARIATIONS (90 minutes, 2 parts Beginners then Intermediates & Advanced dancers):

» CELEBRATORY 1-YEAR CLASS (90 minutes, 2 parts Beginners then Intermediates & Advanced dancers)

You can also check our CLASS EXCERPTS if you are in need of inspiration.

For both. You can filter the list below and either display SOLO lessons designed for those with no partner, or alternatively, COUPLE lessons for those who are with a dance partner or interested in practicing steps, concepts, sequences and musicality by themselves. Most Couple classes include individual exercises but are designed with Couples in mind.

Workshops and Technique Classes have been designed for levels starting from Complete Beginners, all the way to Semi Pros. Some Professionals also use our classes for inspiration – if you do, it would be nice if you mentioned us :).

Good news: we offer private tuition all week, from Monday to Sunday, so we are certain we will find a slot that works with your schedule. We offer many courses, so check our PRIVATE COURSES or INDIVIDUAL PRIVATE CLASS for details. Available for solo dancers and couples.

All classes are ONLINE (Youtube) unless specifically indicated otherwise.
