Private in person or online class bookings

  • You can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours (‘the notice period’) in advance of your class; after that we will need to charge you the full amount and your class becomes non refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  • If you have booked less than 72 hours prior to your class, your booking is non-refundable.

  • On special days (UK bank holidays, valentine 14/02, christmas 25/12, January 1st) the notice period is increased to one week.

  • Please ensure you allow enough time to arrive to your lesson on time – we unfortunately cannot postpone your starting time because of issues with public transport, public events, lack of taxis, etc.

 

Group/Private class packages and prepaid bundles

  • All classes must be redeemed by the same person or couple; cannot be shared, sold or transferred. Packages have no cash value.

  • Once purchased, our packages are strictly non refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  • Once you have made a booking for a class: you can cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours (‘the notice period’) in advance of your class; after that we will need to charge you the full amount and your class becomes non refundable, regardless of circumstances.

  • Your discounted package gives you plenty of time to redeem: it is valid for 6 months from purchase/payment date. After this period, prepaid classes expire.

 

Gift vouchers

  • To redeem a voucher, please contact us by email (classes [@] tanguito.co.uk) in advance.

  • Vouchers are strictly non-refundable. Once a voucher has been partly redeemed, its remaining value cannot be reimbursed or transferred to another person. Vouchers can only be used by persons of 18 years of age or more.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months after purchase date.

  • Please note that class prices may change over time.

 

Online group classes

  • DISCLAIMER: You can join or watch a lesson provided that you are fit and well enough to take part, and are doing so in a safe environment. We cannot take responsibility in the event of injury during lessons, so joining is at your entire discretion.

  • Purchasing a link to a lesson (either LIVE or from the LIBRARY) is non refundable It is also for your own private use only; we ask you NOT to forward the link to anybody else.

  • If you are joining as a couple, we ask you to purchase two tickets towards the lesson.

  • Once you have purchased a lesson (a link) you can watch this lesson as many times as you like.

Tango Treats – T&C’s

  • “Tango Treats” loyalty card is the property of Tanguito Argentine Tango Academy and can used during events held by Tanguito only. “Tango Treats” is a Trade Mark of Tanguito.

  • Only one Tango Treats Card will be allocated per student. Cards cannot be sold, are not transferable and hold no financial value.

  • Tango Treats cannot be combined with another offer or package.

  • Cards expire 12 months after the date written on the card; after these 12 months they become invalid.

  • One stamp is earned for each attendance of a group class. Students must present their Tango Treats Card at each class to receive the appropriate number of stamps. Stamps will not be issued without the presentation of a valid card.

  • The Tango Treats Card and/or rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash; they have no financial value. To redeem a gift, students must first accumulate 10 stamps on the same Tango Treats Card.

  • Tanguito Argentine Tango Academy reserves the right to alter any aspect of this promotion at any time in its sole discretion – in particular, Tanguito reserves the right to change the Tango Treat gift and redeem conditions at all times.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  • By booking a private class, joining a group class or purchasing a class package you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or more.

  • By starting his/her tango classes with Tanguito, the student voluntarily assumes all risk involved in such activities — whether expected or unexpected.

  • The student fully understands the nature of the activities (dancing) and thus it is the his/her responsibility to verify that his/her health allows him/her to safely join the classes.

  • Tanguito shall not be responsible for any claims, injuries, damages or other losses from any cause whatsoever, in connection with classes taken by the student. It is the student’s responsibility to join a proper insurance scheme covering him/her against the risks associated to dancing, before joining the classes.
