Case study: TCC team building event
We were contacted by Raquel from TCC (The Continuity Company), a global commercial marketing company, to arrange a team building event for one of their departments. Raquel was looking for an activity that was both fun and convivial, to help build a stronger bond between team members scattered in various offices around Europe.
Tackling the mission…
After considering that Tango could provide what they were looking for – a friendly, entertaining activity that brings people together, she selected Tanguito.
As usually during our team building events, when the day finally come, we didn’t go through our normal class structure but designed the event for people to have a good laugh together, even for those who were meeting for the first time. We also infused a bit of tango culture so we touched upon the culture and the music, so the event would be inspiring too. Everyone received a pack with tango articles, postcards, and even a certificate that read ‘I survived tango’! The ‘best dancers of the night’ couple was awarded with prizes.
