Every purchase is “Made to Order”. Upon payment: placing your order, making your clothes and preparing for delivery usually takes up to 22 working days, although we always aim at to reducing this time as much as possible. Please refer to the information below for information on actual delivery times, costs and to learn how your items will be dispatched.
All items are delivered using RoyalMail first class packet service, and are “Recorded Signed For” for extra reassurance that your items have been delivered to the address you specified. Your parcel will arrive 2 working days after it’s been posted – most items will be delivered during the next day (this time only relates to shipping time and does not include time to prepare your garments, and/or produce it if it is in back-order).
Note that RoyalMail does not provide online tracking before actual delivery with their “Recorded Signed For” service. In case an item is lost or damaged during transit, you can claim compensation directly with RoyalMail by filling in a P58 form, easily found online, or by calling customer service on 08457 740740.

- United Kingdom: £5.75 per order.
The prices we charge are those of RoyalMail. The fact it is ‘Recorded Signed For’ means it is a bit more expensive, but this is just to ensure you get your items safely! If you have any question, please don’t hesitate to contact us by phone or email.

Delivery in Europe generally takes in about five working days, while the rest of the world takes about seven working days (this time only relates to shipping time and does not include the time necessary to prepare your garments, and/or produce it if it is in back-order).
For some countries, RoyalMail provides a “Track & Trace” service that includes tracking overseas; a scan on arrival into the country and on delivery: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Japan, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Switzerland. Other countries are not tracked.
In case an item is lost during transit, please contact us to try and locate your parcel with RoyalMail.

Please note: we cannot be help responsible for, and pay on your behalf, Customs Duty, Excise Duty and Import VAT that may be charged to you upon delivery. Customs regulations vary from country to country, so please check before ordering.
Note 2: delivery may take a little longer during the summer months (mid-July to end of August) and around Christmas time, so please order early to get your parcels in time.
