YOUR NYE Milonga

Come say farewell to the last month, week, day, and hours of 2017, and welcome 2018 with a huge smile on your face! For the occasion we are organising a very special milonga at Los Angelitos with great tango music, a full buffet incl. food and drinks, and lots of surprises!

And you might have now heard that after 7 years teaching tango in London, Nati has decided to move to Buenos Aires. So this will be her very last workshop as well as her Farewell Party – come for a last tanda with her or to wish her farewell. She goes away in the early hours of the 1st of January.

OPEN TO ALL – you don’t need to come accompanied.

*** PROGRAMME ***

To get you fully warmed up, we will start the evening at 7pm with an open-level 90-min class around the theme: celebratory steps that Nati loves! Tango yes, but with a NYE twist to it.

We will then follow with our longest, latest milonga ever: dancing until 3am with a specially invited DJ flying from Rome for the occasion: GABRIELE SABATO (Arg/It). A full buffet will be open shortly after the class for those of you who also like to eat and drink. And we’ve got some surprises planned to make the evening even more special.

Dress smart, this is the last day of the year after all- the perfect occasion to get your nice suit or dress out and enjoy it fully.

Note: don’t arrive too late for the buffet! TICKETS WILL BE LIMITED – buy in advance to secure yours!

Times:
» 7pm-8.30pm, OPEN LEVEL: Special 90 min workshop
» 8.30pm-3am, NYE BALL

ABOUT OUR DJ

DJ-Gabriele

Born from an Argentine mother (Buenos Aires), his love of tango started very young.
His passion for singing, classical music and tango naturally led him to start DJing 4 years ago; since then he played in numerous milongas trough Europe and marathons and festival such as Remolino tango dj festival, Lodz Tango Salon Festival and the European tango championship and festival amongst others.

His style:

Traditional / Golden Age. Seeks this delicate mix of dramatic, romantic, and energetic feelings, using orchestras from the Edad de Oro to create a flow of emotions during the milonga. Rhythm, lyrics, tempo and cortinas: nothing is left to chance to let people enjoy their time, and go home with a smile on their face.
