Tanguito Sweepstakes Official Rules
OPEN TO ALL LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UK WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF MONEY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.
1. ELIGIBILITY: Tanguito’s “Discovery Course Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”)” is open to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. All state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tanguito, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
2. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes starts 28/05/2011 at 12PM noon GMT and ends on the 30th of Sept 2011.
One winner will be randomly selected from our database of entrants, at the following dates:
- the first week of July (among June entrants)
- the first week of August (among for July entrants)
- the first week of September (among for August entrants)
- the first week of October (among for September entrants)
To be considered for the draw, the entrant needs to confirm his/her data by clicking on the confirmation link sent during registration. Unconfirmed entrants will not be considered.
How to register online Via Website or Facebook®: During the Sweepstakes Period, any eligible entrant (“Entrant”) must register on www.tanguito.co.uk (“Website”) to register for the Sweepstakes. An Entrant may register by logging on to the Website and entering his/her valid email address and other requested information including, but not limited to, his/her first and last name, username, and email. Entrants are solely responsible for the accuracy of their contact information, e.g., email addresses, telephone numbers, etc., and should regularly check their spam filters to ensure that they do not contain any Sweepstakes notification emails.
Limit of one (1) entry per individual regardless of email address used throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry. In case of a dispute as to the identity of an online Entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry.
3. RANDOM DRAWING & ODDS OF WINNING: every month during the last week of the month, Tanguito will conduct a random drawing from among the eligible Entrants and select the name of one (1) Prize Winner. The Prize Winner will be notified by e-mail shortly after. Odds of winning the Prize depend on the total number of all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Entrants can increase their chance by recommending the sweepstake to a friend. If this friend wins, the recommending person will also win the Prize (for two, following the same conditions). To do so, at the time of winning, the winning friend will need to send us the name and username of his/her recommending friend within 3 days of receiving his/her Prize notification. No other entrant will win: in case the recommending person was him/herself recommended, his/her recommending friend will not win the Prize.
4. PRIZE: every month, one (1) Discovery Course for 2 persons, will be allocated to the Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”). The prize consists of a tango course of four (4) successive weekly sessions (classes) at Tanguito, which can be started at any moment during the month (although we recommend to start on the first session of the month). The Prize can be redeemed at any time, but no later than three (3) months after allocation. Once the first session is redeemed, the next 3 classes are to be taken during the following 3 weeks at a rate of one per week, and cannot be transferred to any other month. The winner and his/her guest must take the classes together at the same time so any class missed will not be replaced or transferred.

Prizes are non sellable or transferrable and hold no monetary value and therefor cannot be exchanged against cash.
5. HOW THE WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED / HOW TO CLAIM THE PRIZE: The Prize Winner will be announced on our Facebook page (and by participating the entrant accepts his or her name will appear as winner on our Facebook page), and contacted by email. If he/she: (i) is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, (ii) declines to accept the Prize, (iii) we are unable to contact him/her within a reasonable time period (2 weeks), regardless of the reason for being unable to contact the winner or (iv) in the event that a prize confirmation is returned as undeliverable, the potential Prize will be forfeited and, in our sole discretion, the Prize may be awarded to an alternate Winner.
The Prize Winner may be required to furnish proof of identification. The Prize will be sent as a redeemable PDF voucher to his/her email address about 1-2 weeks from date of notification of winning.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify a potential Prize Winner in the event that: (i) a Prize confirmation notice or Prize is returned as undeliverable or is not responded to; (ii) a Winner declines acceptance of the Prize; or (iii) the Prize Winner has not complied with these Official Rules.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RELEASE/ INTERNET: we are not responsible for any change in any Entrant’s mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number. No liability or responsibility is assumed by us resulting from any user’s participation in or attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or ability. No responsibility or liability is assumed by us for technical problems, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms, etc. The use of any bots, robotic, automatic, macro, programmed, third party or like or unsportsmanlike methods in this Sweepstakes are prohibited and the use or attempted use of such will void any attempted participation, including but not limited to entry, effected by such methods, and may result in the cancellation, termination, or modification of the Sweepstakes and the disqualification of the individual utilizing the same.
By accepting a Prize, a Winner agrees that we shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, use/or misuse of the Prize or any component of it. We are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is cancelled due to weather, fire, strike, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”). We are not liable for any disputes between an Entrant and any third person as relates to the participation in this Sweepstakes.
We reserve the right to disqualify any individual if the individual is deemed to be tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violating the Official Rules; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
7. PRIVACY POLICY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS: Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Tanguito for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No email or contact will be sold or transferred to a third party except for the fulfillment of normal marketing activities, i.e. email newsletters.
8. GENERAL: Entrants waive any right to claim any ambiguity in these Official Rules.
