…is when Di Sarli returned to his hometown of Bahía Blanca.

He had spent the previous two years in Santa Rosa, where he debuted as a piano soloist at a cinema and a club, both run by a friend of the family’s, Mario Manara, an Italian like his father.

Once in Bahía Blanca, he started his first orchestra, playing in local cafes and touring the provinces of La Pampa, Córdoba, Mendoza, San Juan and Salta.

Di Sarli will be our orchestra until the end of our academic year, and we’ll post more blogs about his career, personality and music.
